We live in a great subdivision and we want to keep it great. The Board encourages residents to settle disputes in a neighborly fashion whenever possible before bringing issues to the Board to address.
The Board is made up of uncompensated volunteers who give their time to management of the Association. The Board will attempt to address health and safety violations quickly after they are made known. If you would like a covenant issue addressed, please contact us with the address and specific issue.
Please also keep your neighbors in mind when conducting activities on your property that may affect neighboring properties, for example spraying pesticides or weed killers, overwatering, or playing loud music.

Irrigation water is not to be utilized between 10a and 6p for watering of lawns to minimize evaporation.
The HOA maintains irrigation lines to the main valve in your backyard. Anything beyond the valve is the responsibility of the homeowner. If you discover an issue with your main valve email us at board@cimarronmesahoa.org so we can arrange a repair.
